Promoted to Director of Intensive Services under a consolidated organization, my team of direct reports grew to 32 department staff across Intensive Services Administration, direct service staff, and program assistants within FSP (Full-Service Partnership), Wraparound, TBS (Therapeutic Behavioral Services), and IFCCS (Intensive Field Capable Clinical Services). I am responsible for clinical care and end-to-end department operations including clinical services management, scheduling, location operations optimization, client service KPIs, and general team management.

Hired on as Wraparound Director, I oversaw a team of 18 employees and 3 Program Managers for all aspects of the Wraparound Program that includes staffing, caseload management, flex fund spending, productivity, new client referrals, and clinical supervision of cases.

Promoted to Director of Wraparound, I managed 23 staff members focused on clinical support for a rolling caseload of 60 families continuously. In addition to providing bi-lingual intensive in-home services to at-risk youth ages 5-21, I also supported ongoing development and supervision of program leadership.

Promoted to Wraparound Program Coordinator, I supported a team of 23 staff members with oversight of the Wraparound Program focused on leadership supervision, communication, training, 24/7 crisis management, and intensive in-home services to youth age 5-21.
