As a Second Line Support Engineer at Connex One, my role primarily revolves around troubleshooting back-end issues of our Omnichannel SaaS product, This involves an immense amount of troubleshooting, involving PostgreSQL/mySQL databases, APIs, network, etc. Alongside this, I am proficient at providing world-leading customer service to our many global clients.- Proficient in PostgreSQL and MySQL, adept at crafting SQL queries to resolve data-related issues and generate essential reports for clients, providing crucial insights.- Utilising Python for data integration, manipulation, and report automation, enhancing efficiency in data management.- Linux proficiency, primarily within OpenSUSE / Ubuntu Server.- Actively engaging with global clients, offering industry-leading technical support via phone, live chat, and email, as well as utilising remote access tools. ZenDesk and Jira used for organized issue tracking and resolution.- AWS, specifically EC2, S3, SQS and API Gateway instances, reviewing CloudWatch logs.- Maintaining internal documentation, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer to team members and clients when necessary.

- Redesigned the entirety of Bailrigg FM's brand to look distinct, professional and scalable for the future.- Continued the development of the website to integrate new features for visitors.- Marketed a freshers week campaign and attracted over 40 members to Bailrigg FM.

- Co-led fellow Furnessian students to create awareness and raise funding for the Lancaster based Charity Eggcup.- Met with the Project Manager of Eggcup to fully understand their charity, understand their needs and to better shape the future of our awareness campaign. - Actively marketed our campaign's existence through connections to student media, as well as in person marketing, managing to raise over £150.- Gave feedback and ideas on a video used in Eggcup's Aviva Community Fund campaign, which helped in raising over £5000 for a new electric van for the charity.
