Edward has worked in a variety of roles in commercial organisation and government departments that have allowed him to gain an understanding of decision making from a strategic level right through to practical projects. He has involved himself in all aspects of the planning from the analysis of raw data to understanding stakeholder requirements and restrictions within the projects. Edward has a keen sense of Project Management principles which were evident in his roles in the Department of Transport and Main Roads where he was involved with a number of rapid response projects. Within all of his roles, Ed displayed the ability to prioritize tasks and understand stakeholder drivers that have allowed him to provide innovative and workable solutions. He was the lead in the development of an Information Technology System with Ergon Energy that was both cost effective and informative in providing strategic policy guidance. Edward's experience have allowed him to understand the drivers from a customer and client point of view and his personable nature and enthusiasm allow projects to be delivered within time and budget constraints.
