Completed in-house design projects for both instrumentation/electrical and piping/mechanical. Coordinated the use of outside EPC companies for completing drafting/design projects. Offered expertise in drafting and design to project teams. Ensured all standards and practices were maintained through the life cycle of a Capital Project. Managed the transfer of engineering data from EPC’s to IPF at the completion of all projects.

Collaborated with Process Operators and Engineers for extensive editing of the Sunoco Refinery map, a Visual Basic program used to view live tag data. Worked with Totalplant software to edit and input new tags, for the Process Data History System (PDH). Played a major role in the setup and design of the computer user Interface project: a project designed to replace the existing refinery map, using java and the Internet rather than Visual Basic. Implemented many process to the refinery map and created the applicable tags in PDH to interface with the TDC (2000/3000) systems.
