Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices.• Engage with, and be an advocate for, clients when answering inbound calls, taking ownership, andtackling complex issues to offer the best possible solution.• Currently hold SIE Registration, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Serve as primary point of contact, providing customer with timely and periodic status updates of theirloan application, returning all inquiry calls within service level agreement•Responsible for several kept informed routines to ensure that customer expectations are set properly andfollowed through until booking Is focused on achieving customer delight through successfully establishingcustomer rapport, setting appropriate expectations, asking probing questions, relationship deepeningand executing on all commitments•Able to articulate difficult and/or complex information in a manner that is clear while conveyingcompassion to drive customer retention and sales partner confidence•Responsible for collection, review and validation of all required documentation, including income,following up with the customer as appropriate•Responsible for initial income analysis of salary and wages, Social Security and Pension•Efficiently manage pipeline of loan applications•Responsible for thoroughly reviewing customer applications and providing detailed information regardingthe fulfillment process•Potential restructuring of the customers initial credit request, offering potential counteroffers to thecustomers and ensuring that both bank and customers' needs are met

Review the account opening, account maintenance and move money paperwork and enter thecustomer details based on the procedures defined in standard operating procedures• Perform quality check on the data captured in the client platform and ensure highest standard ofaccuracy• Process application forms based on the priority defined by the client• Handling the task assigned and providing resolutions within the timeliness• Meeting all defined targets like productivity, accuracy, product knowledge and schedule adherence
