Suddenlink Communications June 1, 2016 – PresentTech Ops / Warehouse SupervisorI am responsible for supervising the field and warehouse operations and ensuring customers receive the highest level of quality service during installation and repair of all Suddenlink Communications products. I Interview, coach, train, monitor and evaluate Broadband Technicians and inventory control specialists in a team environment. I work with other members of the management team to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve department goals regarding the acquisition and service of customers.I perform related work as required or requested from management staff regarding quality control and customer service expectations. I conduct employee performance evaluations and other matrices set by company standards. I managed various spread sheets and utilized those to assist the management team with various reports. Examples: TEX Tag Monitoring, Overtime Tracker, Vehicle Fuel Usage, System Vehicle Tracker and Warehouse Scorecards.I am very detail oriented and willing to do what is necessary for the success of our organization.

The NSR / SAR department was designed to ensure Suddenlink customers were not encountering problems with their services by providing semi-annual signal checks at no cost to their customers on an appointment basis. The SAR team performs outbound calls to our existing customer base to set appointments for our NSR team. While performing the signal checks the NSR representative will interact with customers and resolve any issues they may encounter with their services as well as advise the customer of additional services that are available from Suddenlink.

I worked with small to large businesses providing video, voice, data, and fiber optic services solutions. Provided proposals for services, completed contracts and related paperwork to assist the customer in establishing services with our company.

Managed daily operations of the field service department. Coordinated with employees and various departments to meet the daily install and service needs of our residential and business customers.
