• Manage the HSE risk and the HSE perspective views of the project in regards to the life critical activities found before commencement.• Arrange the HSE documents and ensure that all HSE norms and specifications are complied with the client HSE procedures and instructions.• Prepare the HSE plan as per the project requirements.• Participated in a kick off meeting with the client for incorporation of the HSE plans and program to the management as per the risk assessment.• Convince the management as per the HSE plan and program and ensure necessary funding is allocated.• Implement the HSE Plan accordantly as per approval of the management and client.• Initiate initial audit concerning the execution of the HSE program and prepare the audit report with corresponding recommendations.• Prepare the HSE forms and inspection checklists as per activities.• Participate in the Safety Site Walk with the HSE representative from client and the project owner.• Arrange weekly HSE meeting with the subcontractors Safety Officers relating to the end week issues and find the acceptable solution for preventing reoccurrences.• Encourage each individual working in the project to have their commitment in their own safety and to their co-workers.• Monitor and assess the HSE performance and analyst the issues with corresponding actions.• Prepare monthly summary performance report, as for the following; Incident report and weekly man-hours report.• Sustain the HSE Lesson Lear and ensure the means of commitment of the project members are being performed.• Conduct HSE induction to all joiners from the project.• Kept all records as per the following; Unsafe acts, HSE inductions, HSE inspections, Numbers of HSE toolbox talk been performed, Inspection, Near misses report, first aid and audits performed.Conduct HSE presentation for achieving the 1,700000 man-hour without LTI of the project

• Managing the development and implementation of corporate target, goals, safety risk management and control requirement strategies for health, safety and environment aspects, including due diligence survey, gap analysis, KPI’s & HSE life work cycles and Quality work lifecycles. • Managing the development, implementation and continual improvement of integrated management system to ISO & OHSAS standards. KPI’s covering operations, quality, health, safety and environment processes including service delivery, supply chain, risk control, active & reactive monitoring and management review. • Facilitate and Identify Hazard post in each activities in the facility maintenance operations with potential harm to the workers and damage to the client’s properties and analyze the risk and apply the necessary controls.• Prepare the required project documents as follows, Risk Management, Company Policy, HSE Plans, Security plan, Manning Manual (job description & responsibilities of each employee) Facility Supervision Manuals Legislation Code and Discipline (Permit to work procedure, Job Safety Analysis, Excavation Permit Procedure, Confined Space Permit Procedure, Safety Observation Reporting Procedure, Incident & Accident Reporting Procedure and Employee Disciplinary Procedure)• Carry out site surveys, in association with the Section Manager, Superintendent or Supervisor, to see that only safe methods or working are in operation; that all regulations are being observed.•.•Conduct HSE trainings such as, HSE induction awareness for new hired employees and returnees, Awareness and Prevention of Risk, Hazard Identification course, Risk Assessment course, Behavior Basic Safety Course (BBS), and Safety Observation Card. •Prepare HSE Monthly Performance Report of the Project as per client requirement.
