I am a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice, and a former US Navy officer with more than 20 years of experience in government consulting helping clients implement initiatives that transform the enterprise. Currently, I serve as the Lead Client Service Partner for Deloitte’s Homeland Security Account (HSA, formerly DHS HQ) which includes the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), U.S. Secret Service (USSS), Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Office, and the headquarters directorates.I have spent the past 10 years focused on leading cloud adoption projects within DoD and DHS. I have led projects that focused on getting the first cloud services provider accredited to run in the DoD, migrating the first workload to cloud in DoD, and establishing the first cloud brokerage. I have also led cybersecurity, datacenter migration, IT and data strategy, application rationalization, portfolio management, and custom software development projects. My experiences in the military and sports, specifically in basketball, have shaped my leadership style and my passion for building strong high functioning teams. Similarly, I am a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and believe it should be top of mind in everything we do. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids. I enjoy working out, getting outdoors, and traveling. I earned a Bachelors of Science Degree from the United States Naval Academy.
