This role has been carried out at Operations Department for all Colombia and my main responsibilities are: a. Monitor and control KPIs such as: OTP (On time performance), MBR( Mishandled baggage report), Delivery baggage time, Rent expenses, Additional services revenue and LATAM cargo transportation.b. Make reports weekly to General Manager and financial area about amount of flights, amount of heads, flight cancelations and control overtime and standard hours in order to accomplish budget and forecast.c. Plan staff and resources to operate monthly according to our quality standards.e. Plan, budget and forecast flights, additionals services and KPIs for next years through statistics methods.d. Work on new airline contracts according to SGHA and service level agreements.e. Propose and implement new ways to optimize resources and mantain continuous improvement.f. Attend airline meetings and work on action plans.e. Control and monitor Fuel comsume.

at this role I worked as planning and control engineer at GSE workshop and my duties were: a. Monitor, control and program GSE's (Ground service equipment) preventive and corrective mantenance for all Colombia.b. Implement and coordinate new GSE changes in order to improve safety procedures.c. Monitor and control supply Fuel in order to report changes supply, variations and optimize amount of fuel that GSE needs to operate.d. Inform and report to Maintenance Manager and General Manager about Maintenance and Fuel KPIs in Colombia.e. Implement new safety procedures at workshop

Audits on ramp, accident investigations, translations, monitor and report kpi's. Besides I carried out Internal Audits to all of Menzies areas.

I was in charge of documenting and reporting operations procedures at mexico airport for Menzies such as: delays, airline meetings, airlines documents, KPIs and others in order to be prepared to recieve an external audit from London headquarter.
