In 2013 I joined Zap My Tax as an Evaluation Specialist to assess and accurately value residential property. Combining my extensive knowledge of the Long Island residential housing market, my ability to forge strong relationships, and an aptitude to value property accurately, I have prepared and successfully argued more than 10,000 property tax grievance cases for Suffolk County and Nassau County in New York. My unique expertise within the housing and appraisal industry as a real estate investor, property manager, and as a New York State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, I understand the big picture of what it takes to file, argue, and win property tax grievance cases. I collaborate with the Zap My Tax team to ensure each client receives not only a positive experience in the arduous task of preparing property tax grievances but also to secure the best outcome, saving clients money.
