As a Tri State Area Board Member my responsibiility is to bring new ideas & solutions to issues that youth football face locally, regionally, and nationally. I am also responsible for learning and implementing new initiatives for safety & physical fitness by the NFL & USA FOOTBALL (i.e.: Heads Up Football, Helmet Protection, NFL PLAY 60).As a Head Coach I am responsible for teaching the basic principles and fundamentals of football.My role as a Commissioner is to implement all intitiatives and enforce the rules of football at the club level.

Train commercial accounts on all Western Union Commercial products including Quick Collect, Messaging, Dunning Letters, installation of equiptment, and trainning of employees up to 900 plus employees. Upsell all accounts trained to increase goal attainment, maximun proficiency in products to increase usage, and equipment set up for immediate useage. Make monthly quota, and establish new business relationships within the region to continue to grow maket share in the market place.

Responsible for day to day operations of Social Recreation Department & Physical Education Department which serviced over 6,000 members.
