- Responsible for support, services, security, and quality of life for a customer base of over 227,000 personnel across a five state region including 56,000 joint military and civilian working and living on the installation.- Manage budgets in excess of $300 million.- Ensures environmental stewardship for existing and new infrastructure.- Conducts outreach and synergy with local, state, and federal government agencies.- Developed a community that embraces the populations on and off the installation.

- Oversaw the force management function for U.S. forces in Afghanistan to ensure prioritization and timely fielding of all intelligence requirements.- Managed a budget in excess of $2.3 billion. This included a Department of Defense surge of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, material valued at $435 million and a Country-wide counter improvised explosive device initiative for additional intelligence analysts that cost in excess of $1.2 billion.
