I have held nearly every cybersecurity role including SOC analyst, vulnerability analyst, network analyst, risk analyst, computer network attack operator, system administrator/engineer, architect, etc. I have broad and deep technical experience.I have served in leadership roles from SOC supervisor (4 team members) to Deputy CISO (over 100 team members). I have attended all three leadership academies in the Marine Corps, in addition to numerous corporate leadership courses including Total Quality Leadership, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Empathic Leadership, Actualized Leadership, Strengths Finder, etc. I create highly engaged and effective teams.My experience equips me with a heightened ability to develop detailed strategies and plans that are aligned to organizational vision, mission, and goals.
