For much of the last decade, Edward led the due diligence team serving the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s highly successful Section 1603 program – cash payments in lieu of tax credits – resulting in: • $26.2 Billion in Treasury funding• $94.3 Billion total investmentPrior to 2009, Edward advised on power and refinery projects exceeding $10 billion, served as contract executive for a transportation fuels company, managed an air permitting services practice, and established and led the renewable energy practice within a due diligence consultancy. Edward began his energy career at R.W. Beck (now Leidos) leading permitting approval efforts for more than a hundred multi-million dollar power generation projects.
