During the summer of 2015 I started my career working for DCIOS as laborer. I was taught the basic skills of landscaping and grew my knowledge through work experience. This skills include operating: commercial mower, trimmer, edger, walk-behind skid steer, soil compactor, ...etc. I was also taught how to load and properly secure a load to a trailer and how to maneuver the trailer around turns. In 2016, I stepped into a management position and completed various jobs. I ran a weekly mowing crew that serviced approximately 35 lawns, while also managing and completing 5 hardscape jobs. During the 2017 season I also added bidding and scheduling jobs/manpower to my duties.
