I am responsible for implementing a new Financial Reporting system that is intertwined with our Accounting, Sales, and Marketing systems. I have also taken on daily FP&A responsibilities: creating monthly presentations for the Board, running ad hoc analyses across the entire business, and creating financial budgets and mid-year forecasts.

For the first year with Equilar, I was the product lead for Equilar's ExecutiveInsight product line, analyzing proxies for executive compensation information, training new analysts to become proficient with the product, working on custom projects for the industry's top consultants and clients, and supporting media requests. I was part of a 3-man team that completed a 2-page story on 2008 CEO compensation for the New York Times with no errors or retractions. I also branched out to a client services role for Equilar's OfficerInsight Survey product as a support contact.With my proven track record for analyzing and maintaining large sets of data, I moved laterally at Equilar to a position revolving around database integration. The main project I am working on is a revamping of Equilar's Salesforce platform to be synchronized with our internal databases and to sustain its quality. I also engage in sales operations; supporting the sales floor with insights into hot-selling industries, locations, and other skews and creating monthly presentations regarding performance, quotas, projections, and other trend data.
