Duties included scheduling of seven installation crews, managing inventory, writing requisitions, solving problems on construction sites, communicating with job site staff, building maintenance, vehicle maintenance interviewing potential new installers.

I was asked to come on board to reorganize the infrastructure to facilitate future growth. I am responsible for the chemical manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, safety and reorganization of operations. Developing policy and procedures along with updating system and inventory integrity using the companies accounting system. Develop training programs for shipping and receiving. Develop scheduling and manufacturing procedures to ensure reliable source of product to the customer base. Developed a reliable replenishment program for the distribution side of the business.

In charge of Manufacturing, Human Relations, Logistics, Outsourcing of more than 65 million dollars of industrial and consumer related products through 2 domestic, 2 Asian facilities and one Maquiladora. Train and supervise a team of five managers in sales and operations. Through key managers supervised a production staff of 276 individuals.Performed vendor relations and aligned customers with suppliers for both domestics and off shore factories.Spent more than 90 days in China to oversee the production and delivery of first articles for Sam’s Club and Costco, both accounts where in excess of 10 million dollars each of annual sales revenue for the company.Handled all human resource and employment issues for our domestic facilities and the Maquiladora.Oversaw the sale of our Mexico facility in 2003. Moved thirty million dollars of production to China in 2004.
