 Worked for Lee’s Resources as contractor to IBM performing the same design and implementation tasks as before. Contract was not renewed for 2009 due to IBM down sizing.

JUNE 2007 – DECEMBER 2007  Retired from IBM after 33 yrs with the company. Relocated to Ocala, Florida..JULY 1996 – JUNE 2007  Relocated to Gaithersburg, Md. when the Tampa, Fl. site was shut down. Was responsible for the design and implementation of customer test/recovery networks. Over the years was promoted several times, and received numerous letters of commendation.JANUARY 1992 – JUNE 1996  Relocated to IBM Business Continuity and Resiliency Services, Tampa, Fl. when the Raleigh, N.C. network support center was closed. As a Network Technician, assisted in the setup and teardown of customer test/recovery events.. Was part of the team that worked to gain ISO 9001 certification for IBM BCRS for years 1995 & 1996.NOVEMBER 1989 – DECEMBER 1991  Relocated to IBM Network Support Center in Raleigh, N. C. As a Customer Network Support Rep. Provided problem determination and vendor management for customer computer network repairs.SEPTEMBER 1986 – NOVEMBER 1989  Transferred to IBM Digital Transport Network Support Group in Sterling Forest, N.Y. As a Network Support Tech. provided problem determination and vendor management for line installations and network repairs.APRIL 1974 – SEPTEMBER 1986  Hired at IBM Poughkeepsie, N.Y. site as Customer Engineer in support of large computer complexes. Transferred to the Sterling Forest site in May of 1976 in same job as directed by management.JANUARY 1968 – FEBRUARY 1974  Enlisted in the U.S. Navy. After appropriate training was assigned to a ballistic missile submarine USS Von Steuben SSBN-632 as a missile fire control technician. Honorably discharged in February of 1974.
