E4-12 Ministries/Bridges Out of Poverty undergirds current initiatives and programs in Churches, neighborhoods, and communities. The platform includes a uniting strategy, constructs and principles, and facilitated workshops to develop skills necessary for personal and systemic efficacy.Poverty is defined as "the degree to which an individual, institutions, and communities do without resources".Bridges Out of Poverty is a proven platform for creating communities that live well together.

• Founded and led a Mission Community/Economic Development Collaborative that stretches across Central New York in the Federally designated Appalachian Region. Participants emerge with greater emotional maturity and resiliency.
