Senior role at NZCU South managing a small team focussed on delivering digital improvement across the business. Key outcomes: ∙ Successfully implemented a Microsoft BI centred reporting suite∙ Delivered the ProMapp process management tool into the business∙ Oversaw the successful delivery of a full replacement of our banking system processes. ∙ Worked alongside multiple teams across multiple organisations to successfully implement the Oracle Flexcube Banking System for NZCU South, including featuring in internal messaging. ∙ Delivered a new suite of messaging via the Oracle Flexcube system (including bank statements and automated letters). ∙ Successfully automated numerous processes inside the business via integration or direct automation∙ Deployed in-house tooling to automate the migration of customers from one insurance product to another, including automated contracts via Docusign API. ∙ Completed the selection process of a new vendor to complete a mobile banking platform rebuild.

Responsible for innovation at NZCU South, I am tasked with re-engineering the systems and processes that drive NZCU South with the end goal being a streamlined operating environment that delivers increased efficiencies to the business and a superior customer experience to our members and potential customers.

Management of the day-to-day operations of the 8 person frontline centralised sales and lending team. Part of a team overseeing various projects including loan origination and reporting. Report directly to the Head of Credit and Risk. Responsible for the development and upkeep of various reporting tools used within the organisation. Facilitating between brokers, Business Development, credit departments and branch network to develop efficient workflows using various incoming sources including web and phone.
