In my role as a Resident Inspector, I successfully managed the installation of 36" MWRA transmission water mains, overseeing the entire process from the intersection of Main St. and South St. in Reading, MA, extending to Hopkins Ave, Summer Ave, Oak St., and West St. infrastructure.I took the lead in the construction inspection process, where I meticulously verified measurements and elevations, diligently documented quantities, and ensured the high quality of inspected work. I also executed thorough acceptance procedures for work inspections, upholding stringent quality standards throughout.Additionally, I was responsible for meticulously documenting as-builts for both the horizontal and vertical aspects of the installed water main. I supervised the precise installation of various components, including sidewalks, granite and bituminous curbs, milling, paving, and pavement markings. I conducted inspections for the North Washington St. and Zakim Bridges, assessing the condition of connections, steel, concrete, walls, and decks. As a Precast Concrete Inspector, I spearheaded comprehensive examinations, overseeing rebar bending, cutting, coating, cage pre-pour, lifting point validation, dimension scrutiny, and form security. I maintained rigorous post-pour quality standards, closely monitored curing processes, and diligently documented dimensional data.In my role as a sub-consultant for New York City DOT, I had the privilege of supervising the production of 41 precast box culverts at the LHV Precast Concrete Plant in Kingstown, NY. This was a crucial contribution to the City Island Bridge Project in The Bronx.

I led a 24-hour inspection team that oversaw multiple funding streams. Our main goal was to make sure that paving operations met the highest quality standards. I led the way in overseeing the repair and improvement of bridge decks and joints, as well as pavement markings. I also handled measuring quantities and developing payment requests. I led inspection teams across different sites and funding streams, making sure the project goes smoothly. I made sure to keep my Paving Inspector certification up to date so that I could ensure the quality of the paving work on the project. I was in charge of measuring quantities and I played a crucial role in developing and reviewing pay requests.
