With over 10 years of experience in CPG sales, I am passionate about leading the Canada sales team at Vegpro International, the largest fresh baby lettuces producer in North America. I am responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, managing the trade budget, and building strong relationships with key customers and distributors across the country.I thrive on change management, innovation, and people development. I have successfully led numerous productivity and sustainability projects, launched category innovation, and delivered key KPIs while being within or below budget. I also enjoy coaching and mentoring my team members, helping them identify and leverage their strengths, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. My goal is to grow the Vegpro brand and business in Canada and beyond, while creating value for our customers, consumers, and partners.
