-Provide motivation, support, and encouragement to team -Manage 50+ Adwords/Bing accounts -Handle $200k+ in digital marketing spend -Assist with delegation of work -Help resolve questions and issues for the team-Answer questions from team and provide support -Filter and handle escalated issues-Ensure full coverage on the floor at all times-Track team performance-Work closely with upper management on issues and new incentives

Job Responsibilities:-Handle 50+ AdWords/Bing accounts -Monitors account performance to ensure any issues may be found and addressed in a timely manner-Makes adjustments in account to maintain good performance, meets monthly budget goals, and reports areas of opportunity as seen-Hosting Monthly, Quarterly, and/or requested meetings to review account performance with the clients-Provides excellent follow-up for clients in a timely manner-Receives customers’ requests by phone or email, provides information requested or ascertains who can best provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person-Works with SEM Specialists to understand, meet and exceed goals and objectives for each clients
