I am a registered U.S. patent attorney with over a decade of experience in patent prosecution in the electrical and mechanical arts. I was a Senior Attorney at Oblon, Spivak before starting my own practice. I have prosecuted hundreds of patent applications to issuance, including successfully arguing before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to overturn rejections. My experiences in intellectual property law include counseling and prosecution regarding utility and design protection for aircraft engines and control systems, image processing systems, semiconductor devices, electrical motors and circuits, batteries, optical sensors, digital cameras and smartphones, glass and concrete structures, and automobile engine and control systems.
