HR Director: Successfully filed and kept up-to-date records on all employees and handled all correspondence with state departments for employee and business records. Tax Administrator: Successful daily correspondence with all clients through, phone, email, and secure messaging. Handling of all documents that cross through email and secure uploads. Coordination of documents into usable format for the firm's tax preparer. Secure mailing of sensitive documentation to state and federal government agencies.General Administrator: Internal work on business systems for clarity and optimization. Internal cleanup of client messaging systems, document portals, and other daily use systems. Regular filing of needed reports for clients, such as forms 1099 (annual) and BOI Reports (as needed). While working full time in the CPA division at Credo, I would also work on side projects with the Chief of Staff to gain experience in the HR department. I handled several employee case files, reviewed and rewrote many policy documents, and created a new, streamlined New Hire Training process.
