Integrating LLM into a Django application & other web application.I have experienced using OpenAI API, Langchain and HuggingFace Endpoints. I used open-source models like LLAMA & Mistral. I have a good understanding of various vector stores and I have used Faiss, ChromaDB and Elasticsearch etc. I am good at prompt engineering and can use Zero-shot-prompts, few-shot prompts or ReAct Prompting to teach LLM to reason or think and then act. I have also used prompt chaining for more complex tasks.I built AI agents, implemented document chat , worked on semantic search and developed automated Youtube shorts & video creation. I have experience prototyping and developing LLM based applications. Some of the functionality I have implemented using LLMs are: - Built AI agents and co-pilot workflow for many business tasks Eg legal research agent.- Implemented document chat and getting insights using retrieval augmented generation(RAG) over internal documents & websites.- Built semantic search to retrieve relevant documents based on intent / meaning .- Used LLM for data extraction, clustering, sentiment analysis, text summarizations and named entity extractions.- Buillt automated AI video & automated Youtube shorts creation & AI Banner creation. Also used text to speech(TTS) to add voiceover to videos.- Social media content research and content generation.- Generated slide decks using Dalle-e and OpenAI Chat completions API.- Speech to Text, by implementing Voice recording of reviews, then using OpenAI Whisper for transcription and then performing sentiment analysis. - Used Langchain tools, agents and structured output parsers.- Develop and architect Generative AI solutions and LLM apps.
