Managed eCommerce Sales Team responsible for marketing AIG Small Business products. Responsible for maximizing quoting & binding of products via web based platform. Participated in a team effort to develop a web based portal which enabled AIG Small Business to produce, service and market a full suite of insurance products and services. This portal was eventually adopted by most of AIG's other insurance units.

Managed all administrative functions associated with AIG's NY Region. This region produced in excess of 4 billion dollars in written premium on an annual basis. During my tenure I was responsible for a project to relocate the NY Region physical office location, equipment, systems and staff. This entailed effective management of a 20 million dollar budget. The project was delivered on time and under budget. 24/7 continuity of business operations was maintained.
