I work with a CRM system that generates leads from a multitude of sources. Using the best form of communication for the potential client, I reach out to them and assist in their search for a new vehicle. Ultimately, I get potential clients into the dealership for a potential sale.

As a first shift Anodizing Specialist I had many responsibilities within the building. Every day I would organize paperwork sent in from many different companies. These papers gave specified instructions with milestones through the anodizing process in which you mark off after you complete them. Different companies have different specifications regarding their products. Therefore it is vital that you read carefully to know what kind of rack to use and how many parts they want on each rack. The typical process of work for me would be: -Receive paper work and analyze-Unpack and rack parts on specified racks (quantity and rack type)-Run specified process (anodize, seal, dye, etc.)-Check parts for quality assurance looking for blemishes and defects that may have occurred during the process-Dry off the parts and prepare them to be shipped back-Review paperwork for the parts and log who ran it, when you ran it, the quantity ran and the racks usedI was also frequently operating heavy machinery and handling different solutions/chemicals

As a server and expo I had many responsibilities. As an expo I led the expos and checked all meals for quality assurance before they went out to their tables. Being the head expo meant I had control over what the other expos do and when they do it to assure all meals go out correctly and in a timely manner.As a server I managed my own section which ranged between about 5-10 tables. I greeted guests with enthusiasm, took and memorized orders, checked meals for quality assurance, made sure their meals came out in a timely manner, and frequently checked on them to be sure they are enjoying their food and setting. I used a POS system to control all my sales for the night and check out at the end of the night.
