Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing recruiting strategies and processes to ensure high quality job candidates. Oversees the activities of Recruiting Coordinator, directs daily operations, and ensures the cost effective use of Company resources. Responsible for the recruitment of all level of positions while maintaining a well-sourced pipeline of qualified applicants. As needed, be an additional leadership resource to HR Managers for recruitment and client relationship strategies.

Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team for the West Region of Nestle Waters Ready Refresh business unit. The Talent Acquisition team consists of 7 recruiters that support staffing and recruiting functions for a territory that covers 4 zones (Northwest, Southwest, Midwest, and Texas). They handle frontline positions but will also assist in leadership roles. My role includes developing and executing regional and local talent acquisition strategies for the region by developing relationships with business leaders and HR partners. I report directly into the VP of HR and act as a liaison between HR and Corporate TA.

Lead a team of 10 (FTE and contract) recruiters supporting all business units in Southern California Edison and Edison International. This job requires that coaching, counseling, training and development, salary administration, selection/approval of additional team hires, and disciplinary action are provided. The team provides strategic support and consultation to hiring manager to create and drive strategies that attract and recruit talent. I develop talent strategies that utilize industry best practices and emerging technology. I am responsible for collaborating with senior business leaders and HR colleagues to design, execute, and measure strategies to identify, recruit, and hire talent that is aligned with our short and long term talent needs proactively.
