My territory is based out of Sioux Falls SD and reaches a 250-mile radius encompassing four states. My focus is on-site customer service delivery in compliance with service agreements and performance expectations.

Burroughs is a dedicated service organization supporting the Financial Technology sector.Perform onsite field service delivery of NCR ATM, Triton ATM, Diebold ATM, Wincor ATM and Hysoung ATM. Perform onsite field service maintenance activities on Xerox copiers involving electronic and mechanical troubleshooting and subsequent repair for Xerox managed print service customers in Omaha and surrounding geographical areas. Perform printer software reinstallation and upgrades to existing firmware. Assist in network configurations and protocols. Implement regular preventative maintenance cleaning activities to increase product reliability and uptime. Provide excellent onsite service delivery and customer satisfaction. This contract position reports directly to the Xerox service manager as a field service team member working on the Blass Family of Xerox copiers.

Perform onsite field service maintenance and installation activities of Proliant Servers, Monochrome/Color LaserJet printers, Multifunction printers, Wide Format DesignJet printers, Edgeline High Speed Printers, Notebooks and Workstations in the Commercial Services Business division. Perform field service maintenance and installation of computer Desktops, Workstations,Servers, Laser printers, Color laser printers, MFP printers, Dot matrix printers, Inkjet printers and large format Plotters at customer sites as an Authorized Service Provider for IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Lexmark, Okidata and other OEM’s.
