Throughout my employment with Pembrokeshire County Council I assisted in with the delivery of the Authorities 21st Century Schools Programme. Projects of which I was affiliated with ranged from 420 place primary schools through to single classroom extensions to existing buildings. Projects were typically procured through a traditional route, often adopting a contract from the JCT suite dependant on project size and complexity. A clear understanding of key educational requirements, policies and procedures were integral to the design process. During my employment I also worked on projects in the leisure and social service sectors. Key tasks and activities attributed to my employment included:- Assisting with the creation of project briefs- Feasibility proposals- Planning packages - Assisting in the creation of costs plans throughout RIBA work stages- Client / End user development meetings throughout the project stages- Creation of 3D renderings of scheme proposals- Technical design including construction detailing- Compiling Tender information - Reviewing Tender returns- Overseeing Construction stages- Production of building manual information - Contract Administration- Project Management

Liaising with Clients regarding 3D modelling and visualisations for live projects being undertaken by the Project Office. Generation of 3D computer massing models, created in AUTOCAD and Sketchup that were then produced via CNC milling machinery.
