Responsible for the comprehensive management and oversight of all electrical and instrumentation aspects in conjunction with Mt Rawdon. Key responsibilities include the development of annual budgets, supervision of all electrical trades and engineers, and ensuring compliance with all electrical statutory requirements while upholding exceptionally high standards on-site. In addition, liaising with the mines department as necessary, providing on-site training and mentoring for employees, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and on-site production, and managing fixed plant, mobile, and housing facilities to ensure compliance with site-specific standards and statutory requirements. This role also involves FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) arrangements.
