ADR Driver

To develop and customise training courses with new product information, andmaintain course Material to ensure that it remains current.To facilitate driver training courses, on the Volvo product range.Responsible to ensure that training materials/equipment (lecture rooms andvehicles) are ready and available, before commencement of the course.To conduct assessments (practical and theoretical tests on students) in line withrequirements.Responsible to ensure effective and efficient Administration on trainingdocumentation.To compile and submit all training–related reports within a given timeframe andmake suggestions on further training needs where applicable.Be able to demonstrate to trainees how best to handle vehicles under differentconditions.To address fuel consumption queries practically, by achieving above averageresults.To handle queries from drivers.To handle “briefings” or VHO whenever required.To handle all Demo vehicles as per request.

Assist salesmen:Roadworthy and Weigh Trucks.Deliver trucks to Customers.To ensure proper handovers of trucks sold to customers.Driver Training:To ensure proper product driver training.To monitor and Improve performance of drivers of our customers or prospectivecustomers.Address fuel consumption queries, practically by achieving above average results.To increase driver competency, and reduce fuel consumption.Familiarise driver with the MAN product.Discuss vehicle instrumentation diagnosis.Fuel Benchmark. Compile and submit all reports to management.
