Structured Finance

- Development and management of customer relationships for key asset classes including Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS), Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS), Auto Finance Receivables, Personal Finance Receivables and Trade Receivables. - Preparing pitch documents for potential new customers, providing funding solutions for customers to best optimise the use of the assets of their balance sheets. - Review and negotiation of facility structures including term sheets and transaction documents, engaging with appropriate internal and external partners in credit, legal and financial markets to ensure the appropriate structure is agreed upon.

- Credit analysis and management of a portfolio mid-sized corporate and new to bank customers, across industries such as aged care, mining services, packaging and food wholesalers and community clubs.- Ongoing risk management of customer portfolio, incorporating accurate and timely monitoring of triggers, covenants, completion of periodic reviews and continuous risk monitoring. This included ongoing interaction with clients to ensure appropriate stakeholders are engaged in risk discussions. - Providing presentation material and analysis, including deal structuring to assist deal origination and appropriate risk management.

- The pricing, modelling and analytics of the loan product and WIB balance sheet; through managing the inputs of the asset profit calculator and thorough understanding of the loan products funding costs, capital requirements and pricing features. This expertise was developed via regular dialogue with stakeholders across the debt markets, treasury, risk and finance functions. - Behavioural maturity analysis and recommendations for the loan product, as well as structured products such as warehouses and trade products.
