• Successfully performed Directional Drilling processes' including projection of well path to pre-determined target coordinates for Horizontal wells.• Drilled horizontal wells and built curves, landing in pre-determined target zone using both hand calculations and software to double check results and ensure well path is safely separated from other wells• Accurately applied calculations using drilling surveys and Geologist feedback to land curve and drill lateral sections per customer expectations.• Utilized Directional Drilling computer software to provide survey calculations and well path projections to the client representative.• Prepared Directional Drilling reports, BHA performance reports, Anti-Collision reports, service tickets and relevant paperwork.• Collaborated with the Measurement While Drilling engineer to ensure BHA compatibility and correct tool face references.• Applied principles of BHA selection and aspects of Directional Drilling performance to ensure BHA's were assembled safely and as planned including correct make-up torque, doping, and handling.• Prepared BHA performance reports containing detailed and accurate dimensions as well as expected versus actual performance, conclusions, and recommendations for each BHA run.• Inspected, measured, and documented all directional related company equipment delivered to the work site and maintained records including dimensional data and condition.• Ensured all equipment was properly laid out after use according to company procedures and manifested for backload at the end of each job.

Operated the rig, conducted daily maintenance, maintained well control, and helped in the training of junior personnel. Completed all the necessary paperwork as required, attended safety meetings and JAS’s. Honored full responsibility in the accuracy of the tally of pipe.
