Helping others succeed is the pathway to success. My parent’s were great models; my father was a teacher, and my mother was an administrative assistant for a local, public entity. I watched as they dedicated their lives to providing guidance and training for others vs. focusing on their own advancements.BSM has become my home and second family, as they represent the same approach to business – passion for others, collaboration, commitment to quality, integrity, and accountability. They provided me with a nurturing environment where I could study the aesthetic business, learn how to create useful tools and resources, and model from incredible leaders how to position others to accomplish their goals.My role now focuses primarily on educating consultants, leading a support team at BSM, and developing content in support of key medical aesthetic practice functions such as, financial discipline, operational efficiency, provider productivity, and overall practice development. These areas center around our customers’ needs and allow the extraordinary operations team at BSM to constantly demonstrate what true customer service looks like – the BSM Way.
