I like industrial system automation, including modelling, controller design, and implementation. To be more concrete, I like to control mechanical, electrical and other process to behave as they are wished to be. To do this, I should have analytical as well as hand-on instrumentation skills. While my bachelor and master degrees are both in automotive engineering, I switched to robotics research in my PhD study. They are not totally different because of the common points: modelling, control strategy proposal, experimental setup design, PLC programing experimental data acquisition.
