Working across the strategy, design and technology functions as well as across sectors has allowed me to bring best-in-class transformation practices and agile methods to my work. As a result, I've delivered YoY returns on investment of 10X-20X, customer growth of 25%-35% and operational cost reductions of 15%-25%. Most organizations recognize the need to transform. Some have ideas on how to do it. Without capable leadership, however, few organizations are able to sustain business transformation programs effectively.I'm passionate about helping companies thrive in complex and dynamic environments.
