In my current occupation, my goal is in helping buyers with their purchasing decision on properties I am helping myself. Being I have to Re-certify every two years with educational credits or testing for home inspections and every two years, keeps me up to date with trends and aware of what is happening in the marketplace. I truly enjoy being an inspector and feel I have helped many, many people with their purchasing decisions, especially first time buyers.     I am a Certified Nevada Residential Inspector of Structures. I inspect new and resale homes mostly for buyers and their agents. I also handle inspections, for sellers, lenders, investors and renters. I inspect the structure and all of its components for correct operation and alert the customer to any and all inefficiencies I find. I hand over a customized 17 page written report immediately following the inspection. No waiting for email or next day delivery.
