Responsible for ensuring that:- Detailed action plans were completed for all projects.- All requisite approvals were obtained before, during and after project development.- Projects were completed in a timely manner and fully complied with client specifications.- User Acceptance Testing and project deployment were completed within a predetermined period following development.- Technical support was provided to end-users in a timely manner and all issues were either resolved quickly or escalated to the next level of support.• Utilized Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Access and Visual Basic for Applications to develop and maintain custom macros and databases in support of the company’s U.S. Investor Services division.• Monitored corporate standards and ensured team compliance.• Assisted department Vice President with ad-hoc requests as needed.• Generated and distributed monthly productivity summaries to IT senior management for review.• Conducted the interviewing and hiring processes for job candidates as needed.
