My passion is changing the way that democracy works and how decisions are made. I helped set up Involve and am an experienced facilitator and participatory researcher. I deliver high quality research, training and facilitation projects for a variety of funders and provide advice and support to institutions in changing their internal culture. I am an experienced speaker and writer (including presentations at the University of Princeton and articles published in the Guardian) and I am also currently an advisory group member for the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts, a ESRC Peer Reviewer and a guest lecturer at Birkbeck College, University of London and Malmo University, Sweden.Specialties: Understanding of the various participatory methods and their strengths and weaknesses.
