- Development and management of Counting.Us, a mobile app used by thousands of volunteers across over 40 regions to perform the annual homeless census (Point in Time Count)- Designed, built and currently maintain the Regional Command Center which is the back end for the CountingUs Point in Time mobile application. The Regional Command Center was used by over 40 regions in 2020 to interview over 55,000 people experiencing homelessness during a 2 week period in January- Designed, built and currently manage the development of HomelessData.com, a web-based data warehouse solution used to import social services data from various sources (i.e. HMIS) and generate a wide variety of reports, including data quality and federally mandated ones (i.e. APR, CAPER, AHAR)- Migrated our entire infrastructure over to the AWS cloud. Automated the build and deployment process to take full advantage of the benefits running on the cloud has to offer- Participate in high level, long determine planning for the overall technical framework we are building to help better understand and end- Provide high level support for all of Simtech’s web and mobile based applications

- Development of C.H.O.M.P.S., a Coordinated Access system that the City of Boston is using to help end Veteran homelessness.- Development and maintenance of the data management platform, AgencyDash.com- Development of the Point in Time Regional Command Center, to assist regions in using the HUD Point in Time Mobile Application for their annual Point in Time Count.

Assisted IT Staff in the replacement of over 500 computers in 6 elementary schools throughout the town. Selected Contributions:Installed new computers and set them up on the network, which included configuring the network cards and joining them to the domain. Made hardware upgrades to approximately 200 computers in the High SchoolPerformed daily support requests for numerous public offices, such as the Town Hall and the Department of Public Works.
