I founded Grafton Capital back in 2014, to focus on growth investments in SaaS, Fintech, and AI. We've deployed over £140 million to date. My recent investment highlights include an €18m growth investment in Xtremepush and the buy-out of Third Financial. To date we have sold 6 Grafton Capital portfolio companies, including Softomotive to Microsoft, BOARD International to Nordic Capital, and most recently, Third Financial to Nucleus Financial. In 2016, I also founded, seeded and developed HomeViews, a PropTech business. When we sold HomeViews to Rightmove Plc, in February 2024, I was the outgoing Chairman and the largest shareholder.My interest in tech investing started at university, investing/day-trading during the late 90’s tech bubble, before kicking-off my career at the US law firm, Jones Day, in London. These days, I'm particularly focused on the impact of AI on Grafton's portfolio and beyond.
