Florida Realtors established an Honor Society to recognize active members in their state association.The Honor Society also salutes members for participation at the local and national levels of the Realtor organization; for activity in the National Association of Realtors’ Institutes, Societies and Councils; for designations earned, educational activities, and political involvement.

• Consult with sellers and buyers, identify and source properties for buyer preferences, provide superior customer service and consistently exceed client expectations.• Prepare documents such as representations contracts, purchase agreements, listing agreements, loyalty agreements, and leases.• Successfully guide sellers and home buyers through sales and purchases of properties.• Consult with clients to determine their buying or selling needs and help them sell their home or find a home to buy.• Communicate with title companies, lenders, home inspectors, and appraisers to ensure that terms and conditions are met prior to closing for a seamless process.• Coordinated property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursements of funds.• Maintain life-long relationships with clients after closing with follow- up messages, newsletters, etc.

As recognized leaders and members of the Association, MIAMI, BROWARD-MIAMI, JTHS-MIAMI and YPN_MIAMI Ambassadors support the MIAMI, BROWARD-MIAMI, JTHS-MIAMI and YPN_MIAMI Board of Governors to represent the association at various networking events throughout the year as well as by attending numerous Association-related activities. In addition MIAMI, BROWARD-MIAMI, JTHS-MIAMI and YPN_MIAMI Ambassadors also serve as representatives at causes relevant to the industry, including local business, community and/or civic events.

• Review renewal policies that have multiple claims to determine if the proximate cause of loss has been repaired. Issue repair memos or non-renewals contingent upon the completed review findings of the risk. • Responsible for completing 30 renewal reviews with multiple claims per day in order to determine if the risks are eligible for coverage continuation per the company’s current underwriting guidelines. • Review completed new business home inspection in order to identify deficiencies within the risks and take appropriate action if needed in accordance with underwriting guidelines. • Issue repair memos in accordance with new business or renewal deadline dates in order to notify the insured of deficiencies in the home that need to be addressed in order for coverage to continue. • Review daily suspense memo to determine if the insureds have complied with a previously issued underwriting memo. • Review proof of repairs submitted by the insured in order to determine if the proof of repairs are sufficient to allow coverage continuation.• Analyze high value homeowners submissions in order to determine the overall profitability of the risk.• Assist agents with new business quoting, submissions, policy changes and endorsements.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the disaster recovery specialists.• Log the clients claim information and verify coverage of the clients’ insurance master policies and deductible eligibility. • Negotiate short and long-term agreements and deploy services to clients.• Follow-up with clients and insurers to resolve issues and discuss reasons for reduced or unpaid claims for remediation services rendered.• Compile reports and communicate regularly with management on status updates of open serviced claims.

Scoped and wrote estimates for accuracy and repair ability. Set adequate reserves for settlements of total losses.• Investigated and identified cause and origins for total loss fire losses. Effectively worked with salvage vendors, independent investigators, police departments, and legal counsels. Submitted referrals to our SIU fraud investigation department for potential subrogation.
