Issue repair memos or non-renewals contingent upon the completed review findings of the risk. • Responsible for completing 30 renewal reviews with multiple claims per day in order to determine if the risks are eligible for coverage continuation per the company’s current underwriting guidelines. • Review completed new business home inspection in order to identify deficiencies within the risks and take appropriate action if needed in accordance with underwriting guidelines. • Issue repair memos in accordance with new business or renewal deadline dates in order to notify the insured of deficiencies in the home that need to be addressed in order for coverage to continue. • Review daily suspense memo to determine if the insureds have complied with a previously issued underwriting memo. • Review proof of repairs submitted by the insured in order to determine if the proof of repairs are sufficient to allow coverage continuation.• Analyze high value homeowners submissions in order to determine the overall profitability of the risk.• Assist agents with new business quoting, submissions, policy changes and endorsements.
