Gaming supports (Casino)**Conduct remote desktop health checks on dealers' PCs and daily monitoring of dealer chats, as well as streaming video from classic and grand studios. Perform scanner and camera alignments and adjustments through the OBS application, providing on-site support for peripheral and other needs.**Conduct monthly maintenance to accommodate changes in both studios, including game application updates, adding new employees to dealer lists, and ensuring date/time synchronization, as well as performing scanner cleaning.**Handle PC setup, network troubleshooting, and crimping for newly established projects.**Collect employee names and IDs to facilitate the creation of WiFi accounts for dealers, shufflers, pit bosses, and managers in the Gaming department by the Systems Engineer.Back Office supports**Provide physical support to clients, including network and printer setup, application installation, hardware and software configuration, computer settings, WiFi connections, and troubleshooting, to help users fulfill their responsibilities.**Collect names and employee IDs for creating AD and Gmail accounts, which will be passed on to the Systems Engineer.**Perform tasks such as formatting workstations, setting up computers and laptops, crimping LAN cables at workstations and servers, and tracing network cables for troubleshooting.
