As a Partner and Managing Director at HC Smith Ltd, I leverage my 13.5+ years of experience in executive search, strategic planning, and organizational development to help clients achieve their goals and vision. I am also a PhD Candidate at the University of Arizona Global Campus, specializing in Organizational Development and Leadership, where I explore the latest theories and practices in the field.In addition to my role at HC Smith Ltd, I am passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in the arts and culture sector. I have been involved in various initiatives and projects to promote and foster anti-racism, cultural transformation, and innovative programming. I served as the Chair of the Anti-Racism Committee at Stratford Festival. I have facilitated anti-bias training, developed restorative justice processes, and reimagined HR and artistic practices. I also served as a board member of the Grand Theatre in London, Ontario, and a fluent French speaker.
