During his career Edward has led and been involved in numerous service management consulting and technology implementations across the globe. He has a personal mission to winning people over and motivating them to achieve personal and common goals. Often the biggest problem is the people and their inability to adapt to change. Career Summary: Edward has more than 30 years experience in IT. In 2001, he co-founded a service management company and was instrumental in taking the Marval Service Management product to the African market. In 2008, he founded Revitilize Consulting (Pty) Ltd as the legal entity focusing solely on the Marval brand and product and ITSM related services. Revitilize Consulting trades as Marval Africa. As a Senior ITSM Consultant for Marval, he is now developing the Marval brand into territories such as Africa, Middle East and South East Asia. In 2018 he co-founded the Rejea Group whose core focus areas are on Service Management and IT Governance.
