In STC I assist T-Mobile's mobile broadband (MBB) customers with full support including advanced device and network troubleshooting via phone and online support. I also work with updating and technician use of the online technical document database 'T-Community' (rated #10 out of 60,000+ users).In 2012 I transferred to T-Mobile's Colorado Springs technical call center and was tasked with training and support for 5 new STC teams. I have been selected to test numerous current and future device models for network compatibility and end user experience as well as provide technical training to other reps once the devices are launched.Currently STC is providing full 'red carpet' support for the launch of Blackberry 10 OS and the Blackberry Z10/Q10. As team lead for Blackberry 10 in T-Mobile's STC my responsibility is to ensure customers are receiving world class device support unmatched by any other carrier.
