I am so honored and excited to announce that I have started a new role as the Head & General Manager of Digital Health & Medicines (DHM) at Pfizer. This is a transformational time for the fields of Digital Health, Digital Medicines, and Digital Therapeutics and I am grateful to have the chance to create and shape the fields’ new futures by collaborating with so many amazing colleagues.

The 501(c)(3) non-profit - Decentralized Trials & Research Alliance (DTRA) - was convened to enable collaboration of stakeholders to accelerate the adoption of patient-focused, decentralized clinical trials and research within life sciences and healthcare through education and research. It works to make research participation accessible to everyone, enabled by the consistent, widespread adoption of appropriate decentralized research methods.

NASDAQ-listed pharmaceutical company focused on men's and women's health• Focused on launch of Vitaros in multiple countries through multiple partners throughout Europe and North American including: UK, Germany, France, and Canada among others• Drove the process in the lead up to product launches via multiple partners. • Apricus’s value grew from $15M prior to the time of the merger to more than $75M in market cap on the NASDAQ by the time he left in 2014

• Ran a comprehensive out-licensing process for Vitaros, contacting nearly 100 companies, with multiple offers received. Vitaros is being commercialized by marketing partners.• Managed primary partnership agreements and licensing with global partners, including Abbott Laboratories, Laboratoires Majorelle, Recordati, Sandoz (a subsidiary of Novartis), and Takeda Pharmaceuticals• Managed M&A activities leading to divestiture of two subsidiaries: Topotarget USA (oncology supportive care operating company) and Scomedica (French pharmaceutical sales force)

• Took the company from $15M, with $1M cash on hand, to market cap of over $75M and $15M cash on the balance sheet through a comprehensive Investor Relations program with successful marketing outreach• Led multiple rounds of financings: o $18M with Lazard, February 2012 o $10M with Brinson Patrick Securities Corporation, December 2011 o $10M of later exercised warrants with Dawson James, October 4, 2010• Divested Bio-Quant Inc. to BioTox (now BTS Research) in June 2011
