The 501(c)(3) non-profit - Decentralized Trials & Research Alliance (DTRA) - was convened to enable collaboration of stakeholders to accelerate the adoption of patient-focused, decentralized clinical trials and research within life sciences and healthcare through education and research. It works to make research participation accessible to everyone.

• Ran a comprehensive out-licensing process for Vitaros, contacting nearly 100 companies, with multiple offers received. Vitaros is being commercialized by marketing partners.
• Managed primary partnership agreements and licensing with global partners, including Abbott Laboratories, Laboratoires Majorelle, Recordati, Sandoz (a subsidiary of Novartis), and Takeda Pharmaceuticals
• Managed M&A activities leading to divestiture of two subsidiaries: Topotarget USA (oncology supportive care operating company) and Scomedica (French pharmaceutical sales force)

• Took the company from $15M, with $1M cash on hand, to market cap of over $75M and $15M cash on the balance sheet through a comprehensive Investor Relations program with successful marketing outreach
