Edward Daciuk graduated from Wharton undergrad then worked in corporate finance helping Fortune 500 companies increase their share price. Edward then co-founded a fintech company with a friend and backing from KPMG. That startup was sold to a small investment bank. Next, Edward helped start, grow, and sell an Internet company for Inc. Magazine. Following the sale of Inc. to Bertelsmann, Edward helped build an institutional derivatives pricing network. That company, Pivot, went from start to having almost every major trading firm in the U.S. as a customer, raised $20 million in venture capital from Softbank and others, and then eventually sold to the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. In addition to working on startups directly, Edward helps innovative organizations such Johnson & Johnson and the University of Pennsylvania develop tech platforms. Edward's development shop and startup incubator, Hackheads, has a focus on mixed reality and AI.
